How to remove wind noise from a video on Android
To remove wind noise from a video on Android, import the video into Denoise, tap Denoise, then share or save the cleaned video: an AI model on your phone removes the wind and puts the clean sound back into the same video. It works on any phone with Android 8 or later, the picture is copied without re-encoding, and nothing is uploaded.

Good to know
- Only the sound changes: Denoise copies the picture as it is, without re-encoding, into a new MP4. Your original video is kept.
- Pixel 8 and later have Audio Magic Eraser in Google Photos, and Samsung Galaxy S24 and later with One UI 7 have Audio Eraser in Gallery (it needs a Samsung account). If you have one of those phones, try them too; Denoise works on any phone with Android 8 or later.
- A gust that overloads the microphone causes loud pops and crackle that are part of the recording. Denoise removes the rumble around them, but those moments can still sound rough.
